About Me

I have been providing counseling and psychotherapy for over 25 years to diverse populations of people.

I received the Masters of Social Work (MSW) and then trained for an additional five years to receive the License of Clinical Social Work(LCSW).  I also have a Masters in Education in Counseling (MSEd). 

​

Additionally, I have trained extensively and continue to attend trainings in the treatment of depression and anxiety and I have received advanced training from multiple Psychotherapy and Psychoanalytic Training Institutes in New York City and California. I am also trained in numerous evidenced based practices.

I was born in the Hudson Valley in New York. I lived and worked in Westchester County, New York City and Northern and Southern California. My experiences have provided me the fortunate opportunity of working with and helping people from all over the world.
