About Me

I have been providing counseling and psychotherapy to children, teens and adults for over 25 years.  

I received the Masters of Social Work (MSW) and then trained for an additional five years to receive the License of Clinical Social Work(LCSW).

 

I am licensed by New York State and California to practice psychotherapy as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).  Additionally, I have a Masters in Education in Counseling (MSEd).

I have trained extensively in the treatment of depression and anxiety and I have received advanced training from multiple Psychotherapy and Psychoanalytic Training Institutes in New York City and California. I am also trained in numerous evidenced based practices.

I was born in the Hudson Valley in New York. I lived and worked in Westchester County, New York City and Northern and Southern California. My experiences have provided me the fortunate opportunity of working with and helping people from all over the world.
